The Precinct comprises mixed-use, retail, commercial, open space and residential functions.

The Redevelopment, which is being project-managed by the Department of Public Works, builds on six years of local community consultation as well as city-wide and regional planning processes to provide a platform for a vibrant, community hub.

The Department of Public Works is committed to engaging with the community throughout this project, and the Content Management System allows the Project Team to efficiently and accurately keep track of all stakeholders and their issues.
